Lucy + Rowan

Lucy and Rowan’s wedding was a dead set shop stopper. I honestly don’t even know where to start! They got ready at a rustic little Airbnb before strolling through the Salamanca Markets with their bridal party. Hundreds of people were gawking at this stunning crew as we rolled through the markets. But I mean, how could you not? Boho bridal dresses, cream suits and florals like you’ve never seen.

After our market mission, we caught up with all the wedding guests at the Waterfront where we caught the ferry out to Mona. Drinks a plenty, company of all your friends and family, cruising down the Derwent River. Not a bad way to turn up to a wedding if I do say so myself!

The ceremony took place at the secluded Chapel at Mona. The architecture here is so incredible, it has to be one of my favourite wedding ceremony locations in Hobart. Afterwards everyone mingled in the gardens, drinking champagne and tasting the many delights that Mona had to offer.

The reception was later held in the Faro Restaurant downstairs at Mona Museum. The food was out of this world, the jazz band set the tone and the people brought the party.
